Jørgen graduated from NTNU in 2000 with a M.Sc. in Petroleum Technology. He has technical background within production, and has been a part of the management team in Ross Offshore since 2006, and CEO since 2014.

Geir Arild holds a master's degree in business from Copenhagen Business School and has been in the oil and gas industry within cost and project control since 2007. He has been a part of the management team in Ross Offshore since 2020

Anne has 20+ years of experience with recruitment and HR. The last 11 years in Ross Offshore. She has been a part of the management team in Ross Offshore since 2018. HR Her everyday focus is to ensure that our employees have a high level of flexibility and opportunity for personal development in a dynamic but safe and positive working environment. By offering participation in projects for various exiting companies, we give our employees the opportunity to always be in the center of events of learning and development. Jan Ivar graduated from NTNU in 1992 with a M.Sc. in Petroleum Technology. He has 25+ years of experience from the drilling and well offshore industry. He has been a part of the management team in Ross Offshore since 2012.

Jarle graduated as Master Mariner in 1992 from Haugesund Maritime Technical College. He has 30+ years of experience in the offshore industry, including seagoing experience from various offshore units, as deck officer, captain and OIM. He has been a part of the management team in Ross Offshore since 2011.

Svend Magnus graduated from NTNU in 2007 with a M.Sc in Technical Physics. He has reservoir and production technological experience from both field developments and producing assets on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. He has been a part of the management team in Ross Offshore since 2014.
